1. Tickets issued are subject to terms and conditions of the Silverlake Music Festival Promoter.

2. Tickets are only valid for Silverlake Music Festival on Saturday 28th January, 2012. Starting from 12:00hrs till 2:00hrs on Sunday 29th January, 2012. One ticket is valid for one person. Counterfeit ticket holders will be prosecuted in accordance to Thai Law.

3. Thai ticket major, Dusit Thani Pattya, Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya, Furama Jomtien Hotel and Silverlake Vineyard Pattaya are the only companies permitted to sell tickets for Silverlake Music Festival. No other site or agency will be allocated tickets. Any other company or individual claiming to sell Silverlake Music Festival tickets is counterfeit.

4. Children age 6 and under or height is not exceed 120 cm are able to enter the Silverlake Music Festival free of charge.

5. Please present the purchased ticket at the entrance gate before entering the Silverlake Music Festival site. Please ensure the ticket is valid.

6. No duplicate tickets will be issued in the case of loss or damaged.

7. This ticket is not transferable. Tickets also cannot be refunded due to artist cancellation. In the case of the Festival is cancelled; the promoter’s sole obligation and liability shall be to offer a full refund of the face value of this ticket.

8. The promoter reserves the right to make any change whatsoever to the act programme owing to any unforeseen or unavoidable cause.

9. The promoter reserves the right to search all persons and personal property. Person who refuses to be searched by a festival security official will be ejected from festival site.

10. Admission to the festival site is at the ticket holder’s own risk. The Festival will also not be responsible for injuries and accidents with a third party. The promoter or the site management shall not be held liable for any injury or damage sustained within the site.

11. Neither the venue nor the promoter can accept responsibility for lost or stolen property.

12. A person who causes any disturbances to others or does not follow instructions by official festival staff will be ejected from the festival site, for example, drunken or disorderly behavior. A ticket will not be refunded in this case.

13. Silverlake Music Festival, 2012 has an age regulation. Children under 15 years of age will only be admitted if accompanied by guardian 25 years or over. Persons who ignored conditions will be refused entry with NO refund. ID required and will be checked at the entrance area before entry.

14. Silverlake Music Festival has a strict policy on the drinking age limit, people who are age 20 and above, will receive a 20+ wristband at the wristband counter located at the entrance foyer.

15. Silverlake Music Festival, 2012 is a one day event and no campsite will be available. Therefore, tents, tarp shelters, flysheets and parasols as well as any installed objects that obstruct others view are not allowed in the festival site.

16. The strobe light will be contained during the event.

17. No flags are allowed in the festival site.

18. Illegal substances are not allowed in the Festival site. This includes all kinds of narcotic drugs, glass bottles, cans, explosives, fireworks, smoke canisters; offensive weapons, any illegal/dangerous/hazardous substances or other similar articles.

19. Pets or animals are not allowed to be brought into the festival site. With the only exception of dogs assisting the visually impaired.

20. You may bring a camera and/or video camera into the site but it is strictly prohibited to record the artists. No sound recording equipment is allowed in the site.

21. This festival takes place outdoors. Customers are advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

22. Please be prepared for rain and/or cool weather as the temperature could drop in the evening. Due to safety, umbrellas are not allowed in the site.

23. Silverlake Music Festival is a green event; therefore, please smoke at the designated area.

24. No trading without the prior consent of the promoters.

25. Only buy official merchandise from Silverlake Music Festival shop within the festival site.

26. A wide selection of food & drink will be available to purchase at Silverlake Music Festival. Outside food and drink are not allowed to bring to the festival site.

27. Person who have entered the festival illegally, if anybody is found to have entered the festival illegally, it will be reported to the police and the violating person will be put under their care. The person will be subject to pay compensation for any damage.

28. No tickets may be used for any marketing or promotion activities or hospitality packages without the written agreement of the event promoter. Any ticket re-sold or transferred in such a method will become voidable.

29. Information provided at the time of request will belong to the Silverlake Music Festival promoter.
